Is Eiza Gonzalez hot? Eiza González is living her best life! The talented actress recently escaped the chilly Los Angeles weather for a tropical getaway, sharing stunning snaps on Instagram that showcased Eiza Gonzalez hot, her toned abs in a bright yellow bikini with playful blue and pink trim. At 31, the Mexico City native is making waves both on and off the screen.

Eiza’s latest film, Ambulance, has her starring alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in a high-stakes thriller about siblings who steal an ambulance—complete with a critical patient onboard. But that’s not all. She’s also gearing up to star in and produce a biopic about the legendary Mexican film icon María Félix.

In this passion project, Eiza will embody Félix’s fierce spirit, bringing her story to the big screen in collaboration with director Matthew Heineman and Félix’s estate. The team is even seeking a Latin American screenwriter to authentically adapt María’s remarkable life, from her humble beginnings in northern Mexico to becoming a silver-screen queen and a recipient of France’s Legion d’Honneur.

Eiza shares, “María’s tenacity and fearless way of living through adversity have inspired me deeply. I’m honored to bring her voice and story to audiences worldwide.” She added, “María lived by her own rules, pushing boundaries while society tried to bring her down. Her story is one the world needs to see.”

A star on the rise, she first captured hearts in 2007 as the lead in the hit Mexican telenovela Lola: Érase Una Vez. Since then, she’s built an impressive resume, starring in Sueña Conmigo, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, Hobbs & Shaw, and Godzilla vs. Kong. Born on January 30, 1990, in Mexico City, Eiza grew up as the daughter of former model and businesswoman Glenda Reyna. Her journey hasn’t been without challenges. I fell into a very dark place,” she admits.

Thankfully, Eiza’s mother became her rock, encouraging her to follow her dreams despite the pain. “My husband wanted Eiza to study, but she was determined to pursue acting, and I supported her because I knew it would make her happy,” Reyna shares.

Whether she’s lighting up the big screen or relaxing under the tropical sun, she’s a true force to be reckoned with! Keep an eye on this trailblazing star—her journey is one you won’t want to miss.

Early Career

Eiza González’s journey to stardom began when she caught the eye of producer Pedro Damián during her studies at CEA. This chance encounter earned her first television role, and in 2007, she shot to fame as the lead in Lola: Érase Una Vez (Lola, Once Upon a Time). Playing Dolores “Lola” Valente, she instantly captured hearts with her performance in this hit teen melodrama, a Mexican adaptation of Argentina’s beloved musical telenovela Floricienta. The show’s success spanned two seasons from February 2007 to January 2008.

After wrapping up Lola, Eiza headed to New York in June 2008 to sharpen her skills with a three-month acting course at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. She returned to Mexico City with newfound confidence and took on bold new roles. In April 2009, she appeared in the gripping psychological thriller series Mujeres Asesinas, playing Gaby, a dark and distrustful teenager, alongside renowned Mexican actress Susana González.

Eiza’s next big break came in 2010 with the musical telenovela Sueña Conmigo (Dream With Me), where she shone as Clara, the show’s lead character. This vibrant series, co-produced by Televisa, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Illusion, was filmed in Buenos Aires and directed by Alejandra García Giaccio. Airing on Nickelodeon Latin America from July 2010 to April 2011, the show’s popularity led to a series of live concerts across Argentina in 2011, proving Eiza’s rising star power.

Hollywood Career

After her success with Amores Verdaderos, Eiza made the bold move to Los Angeles in August 2013 to pursue her Hollywood dreams. Her first big break in the U.S. came in 2015 when she starred as Sheila “Jetta” Burns in the adventure-drama film Jem and the Holograms.

From 2014 to 2016, Eiza wowed audiences as Santanico Pandemonium in From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series. Airing on El Rey Network, this marked her first English-speaking role and showcased her versatility as an actress.

Eiza’s Hollywood momentum only grew from there, with a string of high-profile roles that cemented her status as a global star. In 2017, she stole the screen as Darling in the action-packed film Baby Driver. She followed it up with an electrifying performance as Nyssiana in the 2019 cyberpunk hit Alita: Battle Angel, adapted from the iconic manga series by Yukito Kishiro.

The same year, Eiza joined the Fast & Furious universe, playing Madame in the blockbuster spinoff Hobbs & Shaw alongside Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. In 2020, she starred as KT in the superhero film Bloodshot opposite Vin Diesel, earning a Best Actor nomination from the Imagen Foundation Awards.

Her star continued to rise in 2021 when she appeared in the sci-fi epic Godzilla vs. Kong as Maya Simmons. Released in March 2021, the film became a global hit, solidifying Eiza’s position as one of Hollywood’s most sought-after talents.
